Shipping

At this time, we utilize Amazon's fulfillment network to ship all of our products. If you followed the "buy on Amazon" link from the product page, please contact Amazon Support to assists with returns, refunds or exchanges. If you purchased through the forearthbyus.com website, then please email hello@forearthbyus.com to receive help relative to the below. We only ship to the US and US territories.

Returns

We hope you love your FEBU products – but if for some reason that’s not the case, we offer free returns or refunds on domestic (USA) orders within a 100 day window after they’re shipped. To return an order or request a refund, please email hello@tryfebu.com. The 100-day window begins on the day the product is shipped and returns must be shipped within 15 days after return label instructions are issued to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us with all components of the product being returned. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Just a heads up: we do not refund original shipping fees.

Exchanges

Realized you actually need a different product? You can make an exchange within 100 days of your purchase by emailing hello@tryfebu.com.
