Shipping & Refunds

Shipping — United States

We ship all US orders directly from our own warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM MT on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Ground shipping (2–6 business days) is free on orders. 

Shipping from Salt Lake City means most of the West and Mountain West sees delivery in 2-3 business days. East Coast orders are typically 4–6.

We ship to all US, US territories, and Military Bases.

If you bought a FEBU product on Amazon, that order is fulfilled and supported by Amazon, please contact Amazon Support for shipping questions or refunds. Everything here applies to orders placed on tryfebu.com.

Shipping — Canada

Canadian orders ship from our fulfillment center in Ontario. Standard delivery is 4–8 business days across most provinces.

Free shipping on orders over $45 CAD. Orders below that are charged a flat $7 CAD.

Prices display in CAD when shipping to Canada. Taxes (GST/HST/PST as applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your province.

Because we ship from within Canada, your order doesn't cross the border. No duties, no customs delays, no surprise charges at delivery.

Refunds

We don't do returns. If a FEBU product isn't right for you, we refund it and you keep the product.

Email hello@tryfebu.com within 100 days of delivery with your order number and we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. This applies to orders placed on tryfebu.com in both the US and Canada. Original shipping fees aren't refunded.

Orders placed through Amazon are handled by Amazon. Please contact Amazon Support for those.

Exchanges

Since we don't process returns, an exchange is just a refund plus a new order. Email hello@tryfebu.com within 100 days of delivery, we'll refund the original product, and you can order what you actually need.
