At this time, we utilize Amazon's fulfillment network to ship all of our products. If you followed the "buy on Amazon" link from the product page, please contact Amazon Support to assists with returns, refunds or exchanges. If you purchased through the tryfebu.com website, then please email hello@tryfebu.com to receive help relative to the below. We only ship to the US and US territories.

We offer free shipping on orders over $35 for economy shipping (2-5 days). Any order under $35 requires a $7 shipping fee. Express shipping from the store costs a flat $11.99. We recommend you purchase from Amazon if you are a Prime member and require faster shipping for less.

Returns

We hope you love your FEBU products – but if for some reason that’s not the case, we offer free returns or refunds on domestic (USA) orders within a 100 day window after they’re shipped. To return an order or request a refund, please email hello@tryfebu.com. The 100-day window begins on the day the product is shipped and returns must be shipped within 15 days after return label instructions are issued to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us with all components of the product being returned. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Just a heads up: we do not refund original shipping fees.

Shipping to Canada

All Canadian orders ship from our Canadian fulfillment center in Ontario. Standard delivery is 4-8 business days across most provinces.

Free shipping is available on orders over $45 CAD. Orders below the free shipping threshold are charged a flat rate of $7 CAD.

All prices on this site display in CAD when shipping to Canada. Taxes (GST/HST/PST as applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your province.

Because we ship from within Canada, your order does not cross the US-Canada border. There are no duties, no customs delays, and no surprise charges at delivery.

Returns from Canada
