Drop one tablet into the empty drum. Run a hot cycle or your machine’s clean/tub clean cycle. No laundry in the machine.

FIRST USE (MACHINE RESET)

If you've never cleaned your washing machine, or it's been more than a few months, start with 3 tablets in your first cycle. This handles accumulated buildup.

After that first cycle, check for these signs:

• Odor still noticeable when you open the drum
• Visible residue or dark deposits on the drum, door seal, or detergent drawer
• Excessive foam during the empty cycle (that's old detergent and softener buildup being stripped out)

If any of those are still present, run one more cycle with 2 tablets. Heavily neglected machines sometimes need two rounds. The first cycle loosens buildup, the second removes what the first dislodged. Once those signs are gone, switch to regular maintenance.

 FREQUENCY

• Every 2 weeks for regular maintenance.

• Weekly if you notice odor or visible residue.

• After extended periods of non-use (vacation, seasonal homes).

FRONT-LOADER TIP

Front-loading machines are more prone to odor buildup because the door seal traps moisture. After each regular laundry load, leave the door cracked to let the drum dry. The tablet handles what’s already built up inside. The open door prevents new buildup between cleanings. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

• First use: you may see foam, discolored water, or debris. That’s accumulated residue being removed. This is normal.

• Ongoing use: less visible results because you’re maintaining a cleaner
machine. The tablets are working even when there’s nothing dramatic to see.

Sodium Percarbonate Releases hydrogen peroxide in water. This is the primary cleaning and deodorizing agent. It oxidizes organic residue and breaks down odor sources.

Sodium Carbonate Raises the pH of the cleaning solution, which helps dissolve grease and organic deposits. Also known as washing soda. 

Citric Acid Dissolves mineral scale and hard water deposits (calcium, limescale). This is what descales the drum and hoses. 

Lauryl Glucoside A plant-based surfactant derived from coconut and corn. Lifts grime and residue off surfaces so it can be rinsed away.

Sodium Citrate Chelates (binds) hard water minerals so they don’t interfere
with the cleaning action. Also acts as a pH buffer.

Enzyme Blend (Protease + Amylase) Protease breaks down protein-based
residues. Amylase breaks down starch-based residues. Together they target the organic soil that accumulates in your machine over time. 

Maltodextrin
A plant-derived binding agent that holds the tablet together. No cleaning function. Fully biodegradable.
